About This Course
Welcome to the course in Computational Proteomics. In this course you will learn how to analyse data from proteomics experiments and you will be introduced to many important issues and tips and tricks related to computational proteomics. During the course you will meet activating elements like MCQs and hands-on exercises, that helps you stay focused and improve your learning. The course is developed at University of Southern Denmark in collaboration with NordBioMed.
Requirements
Knowledge on Mass Spectrometric analysis of proteins and proteomics - a Brush-up module is though included.
