About This Course
Welcome to the Master's course in Computational Proteomics for KI students. In this course you will learn how to analyse data from proteomics experiments and you will be introduced to many important issues and tips and tricks related to computational proteomics. During the course you will meet activating elements like questions and hands-on exercises, that help you stay focused and improve your learning. The course is developed at University of Southern Denmark in collaboration with NordBioMed.
Requirements
Basic knowledge about mass spectrometric analysis of proteins and proteomics - however, a brush-up module is included to teach you the main topics needed for this course.
